Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Augusta, ME to drive financial performance, planning, and decision support. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and performance reporting while advising executives on financial outcomes.

You will translate operating strategies into financial results, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven actions across the organization. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive finance roles including FP&A and budgeting.
• 5+ years leading teams and driving change.
• Experience with annual budgeting, forecasting, and AOP processes.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and close ownership.
• Proven ability to influence executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and AOP processes.
• Deliver timely financial reporting, analysis, and performance metrics.
• Lead monthly close and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Mentor Accounting, IT, and Bid/Contract teams to high performance.
