Job summary
The Bose Corporation is seeking a Director of Finance for its Audio Technology business in Framingham, MA. You will serve as the senior finance partner to the Audio Tech BU leader, acting as the internal CFO to scale a software-enabled, high-growth unit within Bose.
You will shape strategy, build scalable financial models for software licensing and services, own planning cadence, lead a high-performing finance team, and drive data-driven decision making with KPI dashboards and ROI analyses.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience in senior FP&A, strategic finance, or CFO‑equivalent roles.
- Experience scaling software, SaaS, or technology platforms with recurring revenue.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
Responsibilities
- Act as CFO for the Audio Tech BU, partnering with BU leader to shape strategy and capital allocation.
- Own financial planning cadence: annual plan, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning.
- Develop scalable models for software licensing, platform, and services revenue streams.
- Build KPI dashboards linking pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
