Job summary

Hotel Rehabs, a national general contractor, seeks an experienced leader to head Finance & Accounting in a Chicago-based hybrid role (2–3 days in office). You will partner with the CEO, COO and executive team to drive planning and governance.

The role focuses on sustaining profitability while scaling revenue, maintaining a debt-free position, and improving financial performance through established processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level finance leadership experience in a multi-site or national contractor setting.
• Strong strategic partnering with C-suite executives and operations.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance & Accounting function and ensure governance.
• Partner with CEO/COO and leadership to drive planning and reporting.
• Maintain profitability while scaling revenue and keeping debt-free status.
