Job summary

Hotel Rehabs, a national general contractor, seeks an experienced leader to head Finance & Accounting in a Chicago-based hybrid role (2–3 days in office). You will partner with the CEO, COO and executive team to drive planning and governance.

The role focuses on sustaining profitability while scaling revenue, maintaining a debt-free position, and improving financial performance through established processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level finance leadership experience in a multi-site or national contractor setting.
• Strong strategic partnering with C-suite executives and operations.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capabilities.

We are recruiting nationwide for this Chicago-based role. The opportunity is hybrid (2 - 3 days in office).

We're seeking an experienced finance leader to lead our Finance & Accounting function and serve as a strategic partner to our CEO, COO, and executive leadership team.

Hotel Rehabs is a $50 million, debt-free national general contractor with a clear objective: grow revenue by 100% million over the next three years while protecting profitability and maintaining our debt-free position.
