Abbott in Maple Grove, MN seeks a senior Finance leader for FPA in Medical Devices Leveraged Services. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analyses to support executive decisions.

You will partner with functional leaders, build strong financial models, lead a team of finance professionals, and ensure governance and cost optimization while sustaining growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in FP&A with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence decisions.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience in managing and developing talent.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, month-end reporting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning for Leveraged Services.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to functional leadership, guiding resource allocation and investments.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Drive transparency and accountability across shared-services funding models and cost recovery processes.
• Evaluate productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide executive-level recommendations.
• Develop executive analyses and presentations on trends, risks, and actions.
• Partner with Finance, Clinical, R&D, Commercial, HR, Regulatory, and Operations leadership on strategic initiatives.
