Capital One seeks a Principal Associate for the Global Payments Network (GPN) Tech Finance Team to shape the long-term strategic vision and investment needs for the organization. You will influence strategy with financial insights and communicate with GPN Tech leadership, building relationships across Finance and Tech to deliver on strategic agendas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis.
• At least 3 years’ experience with financial modeling.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• MBA preferred for higher responsibility roles.
• 4+ years’ experience in financial analysis (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in strategic analysis & planning (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Financial analysis & reporting: analyze key cost drivers and monthly variances, suggest actions to the business, and manage reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Develop executive presentations to communicate results to senior audiences.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects.
• Independently manage and prioritize workload.
