Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator, a Mars division, is seeking a Senior Manager for Small Format Sales Finance to partner with Sales and Category teams. You will lead strategic planning, financial modeling, and process improvements, shaping the investment posture and business outcomes across the Small Format channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Significant, progressive experience in a finance role, with a strong preference for CPG and sales finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP and other financial planning systems preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the Small Format channel with a financial lens.
• Act as the primary finance partner to Sales and Category teams.
• Lead financial modeling and analytics to guide investments and targets.
• Own end-to-end financial processes for the sales team and improve them.
• Lead and develop a finance team of 2 direct reports.
