Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. This hands-on leader partners with the EVP and senior leadership on pricing, margins, capital allocation, forecasting, and strategic initiatives in a growing food manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong FP&A, cost accounting, and ERP experience, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in FP&A and controllership with hands-on finance leadership.
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG with standard costing and product margins.
• Ability to build budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial models.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, close processes, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EVP and Board on pricing, financing, and capital allocation decisions.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for planning.
• Develop forecasts using performance data, assumptions, and market outlooks.
• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Manage cash forecasting, banking relations, and tax filings.
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as primary liaison with external partners.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to inform senior leadership.
