Inferact is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to shape how we grow, invest, and scale. This hands-on role turns questions about inference economics, pricing, compute spend, and hiring into rigorous financial models and clear recommendations.

You will partner with founders, engineering, GTM, People, and the Corporate Controller to evaluate growth, profitability, and investment priorities. You will own the operating model, budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount and expense planning, and cash

Qualifications

• Experience owning strategic finance, business planning, or financial analysis for a growing tech business.
• Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based forecasts and connectivity of financial statements.
• Ability to reconcile plans with actuals and explain variances.

Responsabilités

• Own operating model, budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount and expense planning, and cash runway scenarios.
• Evaluate growth, compute spend, profitability, and make resource tradeoffs explicit.
• Support board discussions and fundraising with clear financial narratives.
