Laminar, in partnership with Greentown Labs, is reshaping how factories allocate capital and operate with autonomous production. We’re seeking a strategic finance leader to own the operating model, guide fundraising, and connect financial insight with executive decision-making.

You’ll build and animate multi-year models, drive budgeting and headcount planning, and evaluate investments across markets, while partnering with the founders on the next funding round and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, investing, or startup operations.
• Ability to build rigorous financial models and translate results into decisions.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive after analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build the financial model connecting sales, deployment capacity, engineering investment, and cash requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and management reporting
• Understand account and deployment economics, and evaluate investments in new markets and capabilities
• Drive fundraising preparation and execution alongside the founders, including the narrative, data room, and diligence
• Take selected strategic initiatives from business case through launch
