Laminar seeks a high-impact leader to build the capabilities and businesses that expand its reach. Working directly with the founders, you’ll identify opportunities, test economics, and move them from concept to launch in a dynamic startup environment.

You will own priorities across industries and geographies, build compelling business cases, and recruit initial teams while partnering with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience launching a business, function, product, or program.
• Strong commercial judgment and financial fluency.
• Ability to recruit and lead people across disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize new ventures across industry verticals, geographies, partnerships, and customer offerings.
• Build business cases, define milestones, and recommend capital and headcount commitments.
• Launch initiatives such as an expert-advisory offering for major manufacturing customers.
• Recruit initial teams and work with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver results.
• Contribute to company planning and fundraising through financial analysis and evidence from new initiatives.
• Scale, revise, or stop initiatives based on results, then lead them permanently or transfer ownership.
