Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience (Oracle) preferred.
• As we shift to Google Cloud in 2027, expertise with Google Sheets is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial leaders.
• Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting process for assigned business units.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and identify performance drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on financial goals and assumptions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages highlighting financial performance and forecast accuracy.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements that enhance FP&A, forecasting accuracy, and reporting.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
