PerkinElmer is seeking a Finance Lead to own the financial relationship with one of our largest strategic accounts at a Customer Site in PA. You will shape budgets, forecasts, and commercial decisions driving account performance, partnering with operations and client finance leaders to translate complex delivery into clear financial actions.

This high-autonomy role requires strategic insight, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to build trust in every client

Qualificações

• Significant finance experience in client-facing or account-based roles.
• Background in services or professional services with complex delivery and billing models.
• Comfort translating between operations, commercial teams, and client finance leaders.
• Strong judgment and partnership mindset for senior client conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of annual and in-year client budgets with operational leaders.
• Own rolling forecasts, including monthly reforecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain visibility of forecast vs. actuals across spend categories and locations.
• Ensure financial plans align with contracts, pricing, and delivery plans.
• Own monthly financial close activities including accruals and cost allocations.
• Provide financial insight to operations teams for workforce planning and productivity analyses.
• Support pricing, costing, and margin analysis for new business and scope changes.
• Build trusted client relationships and present performance in reviews and governance forums.
