Qualifications

• Significant finance experience in a client-facing or account-based role.
• Experience in services, managed services, or professional services with complex delivery and billing models.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, commercial, sourcing, and client finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual and in-year client budgets with operational leaders and client finance teams.
• Own rolling forecasts, monthly reforecasts, variance analysis, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Maintain visibility of forecast vs. actuals across spend categories and client locations.
• Ensure financial plans align with contracts, pricing models, and delivery plans.
• Reconcile purchase orders to forecasts, invoices, and contracts; resolve discrepancies.
• Own monthly financial close activities, including accruals and cost allocations.
