Abridge, a healthcare AI company, seeks a Finance & Strategy Lead to partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning as the business scales its real-time clinical note platform.

The role focuses on financial planning, close coordination, and analytics, with opportunities to deploy AI-enabled processes and to influence executive reporting. A strong background in FP&A and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Big 4 Audit, Transaction Services or related field with strong technical accounting and modeling.
• Cross-functional FP&A experience in tech or healthcare is a plus.
• Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to summarize and present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses for the company.
• Coordinate financial close and document workflows with the Financial Operations team.
• Collaborate across departments to distill insights for decision making.
• Drive automation of financial processes using AI tooling.
• Support board and investor reporting with senior Finance leaders.
