Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience leading large, complex projects and analysis in healthcare and/or information systems.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, management engineering, or business administration required.
• Proven record of strong analytical, modeling, and data analysis skills utilizing large complex data sets.
• Experience with physician compensation plans and reporting preferred.
• Experience with long-range financial modeling and strategic planning required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with executive leadership required.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Strata, Tableau, Xcelsius, Cognos, Cogito, ArcMap preferred.
