Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue modeling, and financial projections.
• Develop financial models, proformas, and feasibility analyses for service lines, capital investments, cost-saving opportunities, and other strategic initiatives.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to evaluate productivity, workforce planning, operational efficiency, and financial performance, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead variance analysis, performance reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that highlight key trends, opportunities, and financial drivers.
• Strengthen decision support and financial planning processes through improved data integrity, system optimization, automation, and process improvement while supporting accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
