Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a seasoned financial advisor to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders. You will lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including the development of Board-ready materials and recommendations.

You will collaborate across departments to assess performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decisions that enhance financial results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial analysis and evaluation of financial results for management and the Board, including industry analysis.
• Coordinates, creates, and communicates financial forecasts reflecting changes from historic trends and upcoming regulatory changes.
• Evaluates investment opportunities using established cost-benefit analysis framework (CBA lites).
• Creates and maintains financial models and reports showing implications of internal and external changes.
• Develops, maintains, and optimizes applications to support financial forecasts and expense allocation.
• Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies.
