You will lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, build forecasting models, evaluate opportunities, and communicate results to executives.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling skills including forecasting and valuation.
• Experience with financial due diligence and valuation for mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executives and non-financial audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects and influencing decisions.
• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
