CFS in the United States is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to partner with executive leadership and shape the company’s financial strategy. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and BI reporting, driving strategic decisions and long‑term value.

This role blends FP&A, analytics, accounting, and financial operations, with hands-on ownership of dashboards, pricing insights, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• Advanced FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience creating actionable business insights from financial data.
• Power BI and Excel expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop financial models and analytics that support strategic decisions.
• Partner with leadership to analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive analytics.
• Analyze customer profitability, pricing strategies, margins, and revenue trends.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, accruals, reconciliations, and operational finance activities.
• Develop and improve financial controls, policies, and SOPs.
• Support inventory valuation, costing, audit requirements, and compliance initiatives.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leaders across the organization.
