Job summary

Advanced Electronic Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Finance & HR to lead the company’s financial and human resource functions.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while supporting a people-first culture. You will partner with Operations, Sales, and IT to drive financial discipline, talent development, and organizational alignment with AES’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with managerial responsibility and multi-site HR compliance experience.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Experience negotiating vendor terms and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over all financial and HR functions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales and IT to drive financial discipline and organizational alignment.
• Develop budgets, CAPEX plans, and ROI analyses for investments.
