Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience with exposure to HR or payroll functions.
• Construction or project-based industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting platforms.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, accruals, and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
• Supervise HR processes including payroll administration, benefits oversight, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership on compensation and benefits cost analysis for field and project-based employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting and forecasting models related to workforce costs.
• Support audits related to payroll, benefits, and employee-related expenses.
• Analyze workforce metrics to support strategic decision-making.
