Job summary

Blossom Health is seeking a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead in New York City to own the financial analysis behind key revenue drivers. You will build models, evaluate opportunities, and manage strategic commercial workflows with payors and partners.

You will report to the Founder and collaborate with leaders across the company as Blossom scales, spending significant time on financially-driven decisions and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional finance experience
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or similar rigorous investing environment
• Strong financial modeling and deep dive into revenue structures
• Track record of outperforming in selective, demanding environments
• Commercially minded and focused on what numbers mean for the business
• High bias for action and ability to operate beyond traditional finance roles
• Clear communication and ability to turn analysis into recommendations
• Authorized to work in the United States and available to be in-person in NYC five days a week

Responsibilities

• Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives
• Understand Blossom’s revenue structure and identify opportunities to improve economics
• Build models and analyses to inform growth, investments, and resource allocation
• Partner with the Founder and leaders on high-priority strategic projects
• Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions
• Build reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes as the company scales
• Evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, markets, and strategic initiatives from financial and operational perspectives
• Move from analysis to execution on identified opportunities
