Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to tackle high-impact challenges across the business. You’ll bring analytical, operational, and strategic lenses to optimize investments, channel mix, and provider-patient matching.

The role reports to senior finance leaders and collaborates with founders and VPs across the company. This full-time position is based in NYC, with expectation to work in-person 3–4 days per week and some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Growth Equity/VC.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• First principles thinker with attention to detail and big-picture impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner on key strategic projects to optimize investments and unit economics.
• Lead planning efforts with business partners to set goals and map the path to achieve them.
• Analyze messy data to surface non-obvious trends guiding critical decisions.
• Support ad hoc work including board meetings, capital raises, and M&A.
• Communicate findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify operating gaps and drive end-to-end improvements.
