Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and ambiguous questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrials preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, long-range planning, and ad-hoc decisions.
• Analyze historical and projected financial performance: revenue, gross margin, Opex, working capital, EBITDA.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Support monthly reporting, leadership reviews, and board materials with clear analysis.
• Partner with operations and commercial leaders to evaluate performance, costs, and drivers.
• Own end-to-end analyses from problem definition to executive recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure timely follow-up.
