You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics experience.
• Experience supporting executive-level decision-making and presenting insights.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Ability to lead planning processes and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Develop models to support planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
• Deliver KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and business reviews.
• Prepare executive, lender, investor, and board reporting materials.
• Present results and insights to leadership; mentor FP&A team members.
• Improve automation and governance of FP&A processes.
