Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong ability to provide strategic financial analysis to inform decisions.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to assess performance, investigate variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to leadership and the Board.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and risk management practices.
• Oversee all accounting operations and monthly close processes.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and funding requirements.
• Oversee grant administration, reporting, invoicing, and audits.
• Lead Revolving Loan Fund operations and lending portfolio oversight.
