Logitech is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to join our Global Finance organization. You will own full P&L support for Services and drive forecasting across regions, partnering with IT, Operations, and Sales. The role blends strategy, accounting, and operations to guide new initiatives and ensure financial integrity.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, strong modeling skills, and experience with Oracle/Essbase/Tableau/OneStream. Hybrid work options are available with a global scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Experience in global technology, consumer electronics, or services.
• Strong P&L management and OPEX planning.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L for Services, including OPEX planning and channel analysis.
• Lead reconciliation of actuals vs bookings and ensure financial integrity.
• Serve as Finance lead for new services initiatives with IT, Accounting, and Operations.
• Develop reporting framework for new initiatives and align with IT and Sales Ops.
• Own global forecasting by consolidating regional sales and margin forecasts.
