Job summary

Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing, seeks an FP&A Analyst to partner with executives, own the financial model behind inventory and COGS, and drive automated reporting with SQL.

You’ll develop gross margin insights, pricing recommendations, dashboards (Looker/Tableau), and support treasury across global subsidiaries. This hands-on role offers broad exposure across the business.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in FP&A or corporate finance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years FP&A or related experience; strong foundation in finance.
• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, and BI tools.
• Hands-on with gross margin analysis, cost modeling and accounting.
• Strong communicator translating data to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to monitor performance-to-budget across programs.
• Build / maintain inventory and COGS forecasts grounded in unit economics.
• Analyze / forecast gross margin by product line; develop pricing recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Looker, SQL) for real-time visibility of spend, headcount, program health.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly financial packages for CFO & exec team, with driver commentary.
• Support Treasury functions across global subsidiaries (funding, intercompany, cash, FX).
• Drive FP&A process improvements, models, and systems to scale the business.
