Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior finance transformation leader to advise CFOs and finance executives on strategy and execution. You will drive modernization of finance functions, lead critical workshops, and shape business cases for complex transformations across ERP platforms and digital technologies.

You will collaborate across internal and client teams, ensuring value realization and sustainable operating models while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance management consulting experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience in Finance operations (Close, Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, Order-to-Cash, AP/AR).
• 3+ years leading finance ERP/EPM projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).
• 3+ years leading projects and teams (10–15 people).
• Knowledge of finance design, accounting, planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs and finance leaders on transformation strategies.
• Set vision, strategy, goals, and outcomes for finance modernization.
• Drive client workshops, document requirements, and value propositions.
• Lead risk management, economics, and client buy-in for deliverables.
• Oversee digital finance transformations and emerging technologies.
