The role offers exposure to a global portfolio and can be based in Milford, MA or Wilmslow, UK, with a focus on long-term strategic initiatives and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) strongly preferred in scientific or engineering discipline.
• Consulting background recommended with project management experience.
• Experience in life sciences tools, diagnostics, devices, biopharma preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence senior management.
• Team player with network-building and leadership potential.
• Energetic, self-disciplined, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for Waters as defined by the CEO and EC with cross-functional teams.
• Support annual Strategic Planning process and define targets and KPIs.
• Identify and assess major business opportunities for growth and profitability.
• Develop people and culture; build networks and coach team members.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic assessments.
