Job summary

AttachCo's Director of Finance will oversee accounting and finance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and scalable processes. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, close collaboration with operations leaders, and partnership with the CFO.

You will manage monthly closes, consolidate across entities, strengthen internal controls, drive ERP optimization, and coach the finance team while delivering insights that guide strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3+ years leading accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Advanced ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support financial consolidations across multiple business units.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Support annual audits and liaison with external auditors.
