Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years supporting accounting/finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced ERP and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, optimize financial reporting, and ensure accuracy.
• Support accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Lead financial consolidations across business units and maintain internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to operations leaders and executive team.
• Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and ERP systems.
