Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to serve as a key finance partner for Global Engineering Services. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and capital planning, guiding resource allocation across critical global functions.

In this high-visibility role, you will supervise three finance professionals, drive process improvements, and influence senior leadership with insightful financial storytelling and performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• Experience leading or supervising finance professionals.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance business partner to engineering, EHS, and Global Security teams.
• Prepare and review financial forecasts and key assumptions.
• Manage month-end close and present monthly results to senior leadership.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to benchmarks.
• Review capital expenditure requests to ensure policy compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and leadership presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
• Develop and mentor team members for high performance.
• Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
