Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least five years of progressive financial or budgeting experience.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, CPIM designation or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytics and ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review sales objectives, analyze data, and develop solutions for territory alignment and productivity.
• Review revenue data by geography and product to identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for planning and reporting.
• Lead annual business plan development and quarterly forecasts.
• Coordinate departmental budgets and manpower targets.
• Monitor capital expenditures and provide cost-reduction recommendations.
• Support Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
