• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• Experience leading or supervising finance professionals.
• Forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SAP/Hyperion or similar planning systems.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with strong communication skills.

• Prepare and review forecasts, assumptions, and performance insights.
• Manage month-end close and monthly financial reporting.
