Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee budgeting/forecasting, and drive M&A and capital planning initiatives. You will partner with the CFO and executives to support growth, manage real estate finance, and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, robust financial modeling, and enterprise-wide budgeting for long-range planning and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field is required.
• MBA is an alternative option to a bachelor’s degree in business.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with 3–5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience leading M&A due diligence and integration efforts.
• Proven FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow modeling experience for mid-size organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A due diligence and post-close integration activities.
• Own and manage enterprise-wide budgeting and multi-year financial planning.
• Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Design KPI dashboards and financial metrics aligned with operations.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and executive summaries.
