Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of all financial management, planning, analysis, and reporting.

The role partners with the CFO and leaders to drive performance, growth initiatives, and governance across the organization. Responsibilities include M&A due diligence, FP&A, budgeting, capital planning, cash flow modeling, KPI dashboards, captive insurance, real estate finance, and CapEx oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business required.
• MBA preferred as an alternative to a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive finance roles, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships, including deal memos and integration planning.
• Own enterprise budgeting process and multi-year FP&A planning.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and rolling forecasts.
• Perform variance analyses and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop cash flow models and manage treasury activities.
• Manage captive insurance and risk reporting.
• Oversee real estate lease accounting under ASC 842 and CapEx budgeting.
• Prepare executive memos and materials for investment committees.
