Job summary

Farnsworth Group seeks a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization. You will partner with the CFO, executive leadership, and business-unit leaders to drive performance, support growth, and ensure financial integrity.

The role covers M&A, capital planning, captive insurance modeling, real estate finance, and enterprise budgeting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with 3–5 years in leadership, deep FP&A, budgeting, and cash-flow modeling

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership.
• 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience leading M&A due diligence and integration.
• Proven FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow modeling experience.
• Familiarity with captive insurance and real estate leases.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A due diligence and deal analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for valuations and ROI.
• Own enterprise budgeting process with BU leaders.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual FP&A reports to leadership.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and financial metrics.
• Partner on real estate strategy and capital planning.
