Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all aspects of financial management, planning, analysis, and reporting.

This role partners closely with the CFO and business leaders to enhance financial performance and support growth initiatives, with key responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions, capital planning, and financial reporting. A Bachelor's in finance or related fields is required, alongside significant finance leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading M&A financial due diligence and integration efforts.
• Proven track record managing FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership overseeing financial management and reporting.
• Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Own and manage the annual enterprise-wide budgeting process.
