Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Finance Director to lead strategic financial planning, manage FP&A, and oversee capital planning, real estate finance, and M&A activities.

The role partners with the CFO, executives, and business unit leaders to drive performance and ensure financial integrity across the organization. The position manages enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with responsibilities for capital expenditures, cash flow, and risk management across multiple posting locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA is an alternative option to a bachelor’s degree in business.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain financial models for valuations, ROI, and deal structures.
• Coordinate with legal and internal teams through transaction lifecycle.
