HID Global. Austin, TX seeks an experienced Business Unit Senior Finance Manager to co-own the BU strategy with the Managing Director and drive growth through insightful financial leadership.

You will build models, dashboards, and automated reporting, partner on pricing and investments, and lead planning, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the BU. A strong accounting foundation and ERP experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 10+ years of related experience
• Master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Proven track record influencing strategic decisions (pricing/investments/M&A) as a trusted partner

Mansioni

• Develop and co-own BU strategy with the Managing Director and shape where to play and how to win
• Own BU results end-to-end including balance sheet oversight and controls
• Build financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions
• Partner on pricing, investments, and commercial decisions to ensure financial discipline
• Lead day-to-day financial analysis for the BU
• Collaborate on month-end close activities and variance analyses
• Own full P&L and present monthly BU performance reviews
• Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting
• Prepare and deliver financial reviews to senior leadership
• Create ad hoc analyses and executive presentations
