Locked In Talent is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to lead the accounting and finance function while partnering with executive leadership on strategy, forecasting, and operational decision-making. This role is ideal for a senior finance leader aiming to drive performance in a growing environment.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can build processes, improve systems, and strengthen internal controls to support rapid growth and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior Controller, Director of Finance, or senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership.
• Experience building processes, controls, and scalable finance operations.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and operational decisions.
• Manage and develop the accounting team.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and reporting.
• Oversee payroll, treasury, tax, audit, and banking relationships.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes.
• Support ERP implementation and finance system enhancements.
