The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Division Finance Director for the Great Plains to lead financial strategy, planning, and contracts support for a 10-state region. You will partner with the Division Leadership Team and Legal to ensure timely, effective financial services across the division.

You will manage a Finance team of 18 with six direct reports, oversee budgeting and analytics, and drive cross-functional initiatives, including Workday stabilization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with 7 years related work experience.
• Experience with accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience implementing or managing financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements financial strategy for the Great Plains Division, including resource deployment and risk management.
• Leads the Great Plains Division Finance team of 18 staff, including six direct reports.
• Delivers financial expertise and decision-support to the Division Director and leadership teams.
• Shapes cross-functional priorities and alignment across Pods and business units.
• Leads long-range financial planning and sustainability efforts for the Division.
