The Nature Conservancy seeks a Division Finance Director for the Great Plains to lead strategy, planning, and analysis of financial activities and contracts for 10 states. This leadership role partners with senior leadership to align resources with conservation priorities and ensures compliance across the division.

You will manage an 18-member finance team (6 direct reports), drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver decision-support to executives while shaping the division's financial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field with 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience with accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience implementing or managing financial systems.
• CPA or CIA certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements financial strategy for the Great Plains Division across 10 states.
• Leads and manages the Great Plains Division Finance team (18 staff; 6 direct reports).
• Delivers financial expertise and decision-support to senior leaders and business units.
• Oversees contracts, procurement, and compliance across the division.
• Leads long-range planning and sustainability with resource allocation.
