Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a strategic Director of Finance to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units in entertainment and media. You will partner with executive leadership, drive growth initiatives, and provide actionable financial insights for gaming, media, and content operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in finance with an MBA or CPA, strong financial modeling, leadership experience, and a track record of partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance with progressive leadership.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, media, or digital content preferred.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and metrics.
• Monitor spending and ensure adherence to budgets and objectives.
• Analyze operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost savings.
• Serve as liaison between divisional leadership and corporate finance.
• Support FP&A system enhancements and reporting tooling.
• Assist with due diligence, investment analysis, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, Production, Marketing, Accounting, and Exec Leadership.
• Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
