Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Director of Finance to lead forecasting, budgeting, analytics and strategic financial planning in support of growth and profitability.

You will partner with senior management and Operations, develop annual budgets and long-range plans, build financial models, and drive performance analysis across the business.

A strong track record in leadership, adaptability and financial stewardship is required, including mentoring the FP&A team and coordinating with Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of strategic leadership, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and operational leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to assess operating strategies and provide financial guidance.
• Perform financial statement analysis and explain variances against plans and forecasts.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee CAPEX forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and performance metrics; report to leadership.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance and IT on evolving business requirements and systems support.
• Lead and mentor Finance/FP&A team, maintaining a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
