Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Progressive accounting and finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong background in multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring accounting teams.
• Ability to operate in a hands-on environment while partnering effectively with executive leadership.
• Hospitality, real estate, multi-location, franchise, or property management experience is a plus.
