Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global private equity firm to recruit a Director of Value Creation. This role will work with investment professionals and portfolio company leadership to drive operational performance, growth initiatives, and value across multiple investments.

The Director will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, build performance measurement frameworks, and lead initiatives to improve scalability, profitability, and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in private equity portfolio operations, value creation, or related environments.
Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and execute value creation initiatives across a portfolio of businesses.
Develop and implement operational and strategic improvement plans focused on growth, efficiency, scalability, and long-term value.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and progress.
Assess financial and operational results, identify gaps and risks, and implement corrective actions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives in optimization, commercial effectiveness, and organizational development.
