Renson North America in Dallas, TX is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial performance, planning, governance, and strategic decision support for the U.S. business, while embedding SAP-enabled processes and driving operating maturity.

The role collaborates with commercial, operations and corporate teams, builds business cases, and mentors the finance organization to enable sustainable growth across a fast-moving, international framework.

Qualifications

Hands-on strategic leader with strong financial expertise and change leadership.
Experience in finance leadership, business controlling, or CFO/Finance Director roles.
Strong understanding of financial planning, performance management, reporting, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Drive profitability and meaningful operational insights for decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to support growth initiatives and investments.
Drive SAP adoption and continuous process optimization.
Ensure compliance and strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.
